New Powell Bridge Open
The work on the new Powell Bridge is completed and it is beautiful. It has been much anticipated by the local residents, plus the emergency vehicles, the mailman, school buses and delivery vehicles.
After seven long years, Powell's future has became a reality.
Soon the Historic Powell Bridge will be turned over to the Powell Historical Preservation Society, and the rehabilitation process will start.
Your loyal support, and long wait is much appreciated.

2013 Ham & Bean Feed
The 2013 Ham & Bean feed was a great success. The audience enjoyed lots of delicious food
while listening to Troy Haviland, Patti, Frosty, and the Jamboree band. A really good music
band.
Band member Patti did part of her preformance made up and singing as
Dolly Parton.
Lets not forget the winner of the Big Petit Jean Ham
Mrs. Johnnie Buchanan is the proud winner.
Happy eating to Johnnie
